We are writing to inform you about upcoming changes affecting ARCServicing.com and correspondence on October 1, 2025. We are making these changes to make it easier for you to make payments, access account information and choose repayment options.
We understand that transitions can sometimes be challenging. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we implement these improvements.

What You Need to Know:

  • ARCServicing.com will still be the website address to access your account information and self-serve.
    • Initially, you will be required to setup a new login ID and password.
    • Go to ARCServicing.com and click on 'Sign Up'.
  • Account numbers will have an added zero at the end and comakers will no longer have a separate account number unless they have their own loans.
  • Use this new account number beginning on 10/1/2025 to make payments and access the automated phone system.
    • No changes are necessary if you are currently set up on Auto-Debit (formerly EFT).
    • You won't have to do anything unless you want to make changes.
  • If you are currently enrolled in EPIC, you will continue to receive paperless communications.
  • The status of deferment, forbearance, and repayment plan changes will now be displayed on ARCServicing.com.
  • Correspondence will have a new look and contain the same information.
